If NINEXPRESSMERCH has an item unavailable you have the option of joining the waiting list. When you place your order, your items will be packed and shipped within 2-3 days. Before you purchase, PLEASE make sure to READ/CHECK the CONDITION of the item.

NO Returns or exchanges.
Items in our store are sold as BRAND NEW IN BOX or second-hand. Please check the item description carefully.
If the item is heavily damaged, the condition is written on the item page.
The sample pictures shown on our web page may differ from the actual. All prices shown are subject to change without notice. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us before ordering. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

Product Condition Descriptions:

Sometimes items have single-word descriptions for their conditions. Please use the following guide for more information on item conditions.

新品(New in box) This product is brand new.

中古品、未開封(Unopened package) This product has never been opened however it is deemed as 中古品(used) because the box isn`t brand new. Second-handed products may have minor damages on the box.

中古品 used) The item is still sealed, the contents are unused, and we have NOT checked the condition.

Box Resealed  The item has been opened by the manufacturer (usually for a quality check) and resealed, the contents are unused, we have not checked the condition.

Unused - The item has either been opened, or the manufacturer did not use anything to seal the package. The contents show no signs of use.

Opened - The item has been opened and has signs that it has been handled in some way. It may have minor scratches, stains, etc.

Used - The item has been opened and has clear signs of use such as scratches, stains etc.

General Info 
The pictures shown are for reference purposes. The actual condition of the item may vary somewhat (especially if we have more than one in stock).
There are occasions where there may be stickers stuck to the items such as prices, storage and control stickers, overseas shipping labels, import stickers, and so on.
Unopened items (including items where it has been resealed with tape following an inspection by the manufacturer) are not covered by warranty in the event that they are defective.

Please be aware that due to the nature of the materials used as well as the shape of the parts, fragile items (including garage kits, cast-made goods, finished items, items with delicate parts, items with precise protrusions, etc) may break or get damaged during shipping.

Particularly in the case of items with blister packs, there are some items that are prone to broken corners. Please note that the actual item may differ somewhat from the picture.
If the item is unopened or unused and uses a battery, a test battery WILL NOT be included.
Any serial codes that may be included with items have not been checked to see if they are currently working.

There are occasions where accessories can become loose from their mounts, the tape can become undone, or string-holding accessories get cut due to deterioration from aging and being shaken during shipping, etc.

If this was a UFO catcher prize, please be aware that it might have holes from the UFO catcher machine. Information will be added to the description.

As sizes are hand-measured there may be some slight errors.

Before purchasing vintage items please be aware that there can be differences in color, deterioration, and so on due to aging.

We may be required to open the box to remove any adhesive items as it is prohibited for international shipping.

Order Cancellation
All Orders can be canceled at any time BEFORE shipment. It will take a few days to process the request. Cancellations WILL NOT be made after an order has already been shipped. Refunds will be offered if an item is lost or damaged in transit.

Shipping
Due to Covid-19, Japan Post has restricted or, in some cases completely suspended shipping to several countries. If shipping to your country has been completely suspended, then I will hold your orders until services resume. In most cases, such as with the U.S., the restrictions only affect Airmail. Surface Mail is still available in these cases. If your country is currently affected by the Airmail suspension, We will be using Surface Mail. Surface Mail can take between 2-3 months to deliver a package.

Japan post and many other shipping methods have been suspended due to the current world situation. Primarily noted countries are Andorra, United Kingdom, Northern Ireland, Guernsey, Jersey, Germany, Finland, France, Belgium, Isle of Man, Monaco.

If your country is not on the list, then the usual shipping policy, seen below, still applies. Please be aware that, even with Airmail, there may still be delays within the postal systems due to the ongoing pandemic. As of right now, it is uncertain when Japan Post will completely resume normal service. Please keep all this information in mind before making a purchase.

Worldwide FREE shipping is already included in the price. After you place an order You will receive the confirmation and invoice via email. When your order is shipped you will receive an automatic notification with a tracking number.
